2.工作原理 Work principle
Accelerated by the nozzle around the crushing chamber, compressed
air forms supersonic airflow (equivalent to using fluid mechanics in space
technology). In the crushing area, the material is accelerated to the upper and
lower flow state in the supersonic airstream, while the accelerated material
cuts, impacts, and pulverized each other at the same focus. The crushed
material is sent to the classification area by the updraft, depending on the
high-speed operation of the grading wheel. At this time, fine powder qualified
by centrifugal force classification is collected by the grading wheel with the
air flow into the cyclone, and trace fine powder enters the trap with air flow.
Meanwhile, the gas is emptied, and the powder is filtered and collected. The coarse
powder that does not meet fineness requirements returns to the crushing area
and is shattered.
In the crushing process, the
materials mainly collide with each other and collide less with the inner wall
of the crushing area, so the abrasion of the grinding cavity is small. The
lining can be made of corundum ceramic for some special materials to prevent
metal contamination, so the product will not be contaminated.
Variable frequency speed regulation is adopted to adjust the
fineness of the product, achieving the particle size distribution required for
all materials. The particle size distribution of the products is narrow.
The shells are made of stainless steel SUS304 (after polishing,
refined palace-like), internal with an
independent ceramic grading impeller.
Material and material impact each other, and the utilization rate is
high, so the capacity is high.
It is suitable for ultrafine grinding of dry powder brittle material
below 8 MOS hardness.
The machine is simple in structure and easy to operate.
